Each ® Marketplace Vendor will have their own return policies outlined within their store front. Please resort to the vendor in question where you made your purchase and directly inquire to their customer service. If you cannot reach them for any reason, please email We will make an attempt to reach the vendor on your behalf.

The ® Licensed Merchandise Store will accept return requests on most new, unopened, unwashed, non-consumable, non-crowed funded, non-limited edition, licensed merchandise within 30 days after receipt of goods by the customer. All customers will be responsible for return postage and packaging. Proof of purchase is required and must be included with all return requests submitted to our return receipts address. Returns will only be accepted if they follow the below guidelines and meet the expected level of quality required for a refund.

  1. Return requests must include your order number, order details, reason for returning, full name, email address, physical address associated to your account, and the physical receipt / invoice included with your package.

  3. When mailing in your return request please include the above details alongside your new, unopened, unwashed goods purchased from ® (customers are responsible for return packaging / postage).
  4. Return requests will not be accepted if original goods are not mailed to the return address below in the stated acceptable conditions with the proper supporting documents. Any goods mailed to our return address that do not meet the acceptable level of quality required to be accepted for a return will be sent back to the customer in lieu of a refund. 
  5. Returns that are accepted for a refund will have an advanced notice sent to the customer via the email they have on file with their ® user account. Please ensure that your email associated to your account (that you included with your return request) is valid.
  6. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method associated to your order number. If for whatever reason this payment method is no longer valid you must notify our team in advance with an alternative method of receiving your refund. ® is not responsible for bounced refunds or non-payment of refunds due to the lack of alternative payment methods. 
  7. Please allow 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution, to receive your refund.
